- Bacon250 g
- Seasoned farofa2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Chop the bacon into small pieces and fry. Reserve in a bowl.
- In the same pan, place the margarine, and with the bananas already chopped into small pieces, fry and reserve.
- Chop the onion, and sauté, add the bancon, the farofa, adjust the seasoning to your taste and finally finish with the already fried bananas and decorate with chives or parsley.
