- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic3 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Panko (or cassava) flour2 cup
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- Brown the onion well with 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the garlic and sauté. Then, put the banana and stir, giving it a frying pan.
- Put the rest of the butter, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix in the flour and mix well. Turn off the heat and serve yourself!
