- Skimmed milk100 ml
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- Chicken breast300 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)

- To prepare the banana puree, place the bananas in the oven at 250° (with skin) for 10 minutes.
- Then peel the bananas and hit the blender with the salt, black pepper, milk and olive oil.
- To prepare the chicken, take all the ingredients to sauté in the pressure cooker, add salt and pepper, cover all the chicken with water.
- Turn on the fire at 200° and count 30 minutes after the pot gets pressure, after all that time, turn off the fire and let the pressure come out by itself.
- Shake the pan until all the chicken is shredded.
