- Coriander to taste
- Salt, black pepper and bacon kinnor to taste
- Roasted garlic to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Soak the beans overnight.
- After leaving the beans to soak, place the beans in the pressure cooker with the onion, bay leaf and water, cover the pan, wait for pressure to rise and let it cook.
- In a pan put the oil and garlic, let the garlic sauté well until it gets brown.
- The already cooked beans, season with the sautéed garlic, salt, black pepper and the bacon kinor and let it boil
- Finish with cilantro and roasted garlic.
