- Fried onion brunoise1 unit(s)
- Green seasoning (recipe in feed)2 tablespoon
- Tomato concacê (recipe in feed)2 unit(s)

- Fava is from the Fabaceae family of the Vicia faba species, which is larger than carioca beans (after cooking it gets 3x bigger) and if you don't follow this process exactly, it can have a bitter taste.
- Separate the bad grains and discard
- Soak for 2 hours in drinking water and three bay leaves
- After 1h change the water
- drain the grains
- 2 liters of boiling water when it starts to bubble add the drained beans and leave for 5 minutes
- After this time, change the water again and pressurize for 30 min.
- In another pan, place the bacon, when it is almost fried, include the pepperoni, onion, chopped tomatoes, add another spoon of oil and wait with the fire off for the completion of the fava bean cooking.
- With a leaked ladle, place the fava in the bacon / pepperoni / onion pan and sauté. Hit the salt directly with green seasoning and put some chimichurri
- And it's done! Enjoy your food ;)
