- Raw cassava flour2/ cup
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Olive oil (filling)2 tablespoon

- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour (assembly)1 cup
- Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1 cup

- In a blender, beat the black beans with the crumbled Broth and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
- Add the reserved beans and gradually add the cassava flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add the parsley and let it cool. Reserve.
- Filling: In a skillet, heat the oil and brown the garlic.
- Add the cabbage, salt and let it braise for about 5 minutes. Reserve.
- (Assembly) With a portion of the dough, shape the dumplings into a round shape.
- Make a hole in the center and fill each one with the braised kale.
- Close them and bread them, passing each one in wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the dumplings until golden.
- Place them on paper towels and serve.
