- Cooked carioca beans500 g
- Diced Bacon150 g
- Thin sausage in slices4 unit(s)
- Sazon Bacon or Bean Flavor1 unit(s)
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic4 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Cassava flour to taste
- Sliced Kale100 g
- Start by beating the cooked beans with the broth itself, if you find it necessary add more water.
- In a pan put the bacon to fry, when it is golden add the sausage and wait for it to brown.
- Add the onion and garlic, when the onion is wilted and clear add the pepper.
- Add the beaten beans, Sazon and seasonings as desired. Stir and bring to a boil over low heat.
- When boiling, add the flour and stir constantly. Don't throw too much at once so you don't get dry. Add little by little until you reach the desired point (softer little flour - more consistent more flour)
- Add the sliced kale and mix well.
- Leave on the fire for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the cilantro and turn off.
- Serve while still hot!
