- Carioca beans (or your choice)500 g
- Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Pig skin3 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Oil to taste
- In a container, place the beans with water and let it rest for approximately 1 hour.
- While the beans rest, cut the pork skin into strips and the pepperoni slices and set aside.
- After all, take a pressure cooker, put the beans, pork skin and pepperoni and fill with water a little above half of the pot.
- Light the fire and as soon as you get pressure, wait 35 minutes.
- While the beans are cooking, cut the parsley, onion and garlic.
- After the beans are ready, in a separate pan, place the oil, garlic, onion, parsley and salt. Stir everything while frying so it doesn't burn.
- After frying everything, put the beans and mix everything. Note: remembering to take it along with the beans, the skin and the pepperoni.
- Add the parsley and let it boil a little and it's ready.
