- Salt, nutmeg, pepper to taste
- 1 Melt the butter and add the flour, stirring constantly. 2 Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. 3 Keep on low heat until the sauce is thick. 4 Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
