- Butter30 mg
- Wheat flour30 mg
- Milk500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
- Melt the butter a little, and add the flour, until the mixture is homogenized. You can make it a little darker if you prefer. Be careful not to burn!
- Then add the milk little by little, always stirring with a whisk, so you don't create balls of flour in the sauce. (If that happens, just pass it through a sieve)
- Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Enough.
