  • Butter30 mg
  • Wheat flour30 mg
  • Milk500 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
  1. Melt the butter a little, and add the flour, until the mixture is homogenized. You can make it a little darker if you prefer. Be careful not to burn!
  2. Then add the milk little by little, always stirring with a whisk, so you don't create balls of flour in the sauce. (If that happens, just pass it through a sieve)
  3. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Enough.
