Noodles1 cup
kinnor beef broth2 unit(s)
Chives2 tablespoon
Minced meat of your choice (I used soft drumstick)500 g
Oil1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Hot water to taste

In a pan put the onion, oil, garlic and meat and mix
Let it cool for 5 minutes
Add the noodles to the hot water, the kinnor broth and let it boil until completely cooked.
Finish with the chives
