- Beetroot2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Onion2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Rice1 cup
- Cook the rice in salted water and set aside.
- Pass the beetroot on the grater so that it gives the amount and can release the color and book.
- Then add the oil, onion and garlic in a pan. When the onion has wilted, add the beetroot and the cooked rice.
- Stir to even out the color and you're done.
