- Large yellow bell pepper without seeds and white parts1/2 unit(s)
- Cooked Butter Beans1/3 cup
- Ground beef sauteed with garlic and onion1/3 cup
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 tablespoon
- Corn2 tablespoon
- Chopped green onion1 dessert spoon
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Chopped Red Bell Pepper1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the red pepper.
- Add the tomato sauce, corn, beans and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3 minutes and add the ground beef already braised.
- Mix, adjust the salt and let it cook for another 2 minutes and finish with the onion.
- Put this stuffing inside the yellow pepper, cover with the cheese.
- Transfer to an oven-safe container.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 30-40 minutes until the bell pepper is completely cooked.
