- Ready Rice3 cup
- Pepperoni Sausage1/2 unit(s)
- Green Chili1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Corn and peas1 can(s)
- Straw Potato100 g
- Olive Oil, Salt, Oregano and Chimichurri to taste
- First cut the green pepper and onion into cubes and set aside. Place a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil and the pepperoni sausage to brown. Then put the onion, the peppers and gold some more.
- When everything is golden, put the rice ready and mix well. Put some salt and the Chimichurri. Then put the can of corn and peas and mix some more.
- Turn off the fire and add the straw potato and mix some more. Serve on time.
