- Duckling bone2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Garlic, onion, coriander to taste
- Charque, pepperoni, meat kino to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Put the duck bone to sauté with: Olive oil, garlic, onion and meat kino (put on pressure), after 20m turn off, and add the beans with the coriander and seasonings to taste, charque the pepperoni. Put it on pressure again and leave it for another 30m, turn it off and see if it's ready, otherwise leave it on low heat... Bon appetite!
