  • Chopped Bacon to taste
  • grated carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Pod1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Black olives to taste
  • Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
  • Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour1/2 cup
  1. Cook the black-eyed peas for ten minutes in the pressure cooker.
  2. In a deep frying pan, fry the bacon in the butter and then add the onion, garlic, grated carrot and chopped green beans, sauté well and add the drained beans.
  3. Add the other ingredients, hit the salt and pepper, leaving the boiled egg last so it doesn't fall apart. Finish with minced green smell.
