- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Put the beans to pressure cook with a little salt for approximately 10 minutes, do not overcook. While the beans are cooking, prepare the sausage. Cut the sausage into cubes, put it to fry in a pan with a thread of olive oil, let it fry until golden and then add the onion and garlic let it brown a little more and add the cooked beans (without broth) add the cilantro and hit it the salt. Mix all ingredients well and serve immediately.
