- Fresh or frozen blackberries200 g
- Xylitol or brown sugar2 tablespoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Take the blackberries to cook in a pan with the sugar or sweetener, the water and the lemon.
- Let it cook for about 15 minutes, or until it reduces well and reaches the jelly point.
- Wait for it to cool, reserve it in a well-sanitized pot and it's ready to eat with wholemeal toast, wholemeal bread or even serve with pork, for example.
