- Wash the cabbage well, then cut the central stem of them, roll two to three cabbages at once in the shape of a cigar and cut them into very small pieces.
- Peel the garlic, put it in the skillet over low heat and add the vegetable oil, leave for two minutes on low heat.
- Place the cabbage in the skillet and add salt on top, change the heat to medium temperature, and start to stir the cabbage in the skillet slowly for about 4 minutes, wait for it to wilt and turn off the heat, and serve yourself.
