  • Sliced Cabbage1 to taste
  • Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano1 to taste
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Water50 ml
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  1. Cut the cabbage and then wash it under running water.
  2. In a pan put the minced garlic and the oil. Saute for about 3 minutes and add the cabbage.
  3. I put the chopped tomato and the water, put the black pepper, the oregano and the salt and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the cabbage is soft.
