- Cabbage500 g
- Bacon100 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Green Smell50 g
- Salt and Oil to taste
- First cut the bacon into slices or cubes. Place in pan with a drizzle of olive oil to brown. Then remove the bacon from the pan and leave it in another bowl.
- Add the crushed garlic and the diced onion to brown. Add the cabbage to sauté. Mix well, add a little salt.
- When the cabbage is already al dente, put the green smell and bacon. Mix well and serve.
