  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Soybean oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  1. Scrape the skin of the gherkin and cut into slices.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion.
  3. Add the garlic and let it brown
  4. Add the gherkin, salt and pepper.
  5. If necessary, add half a glass of water and let it cook.
  6. Once the gherkin is soft, turn off the heat and enjoy.
