- Cut the bread in half and spread a generous layer of curd on both sides.
- Place a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat.
- Place the 2 strips of bread with the cream cheese in contact with the frying pan. Do not touch!!!!
- Wait about 3 to 5 minutes, you will see the crust forming on the side of the bread. When you form a golden crust, it's ready!!
