- Bredo sauce sold at fairs and supermarkets at Easter time.2 unit(s)
- Large ripe tomato1 unit(s)
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Small green bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove) minced2 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Seasoning edu Guedes to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Tomato extract2 tablespoon
- Coconut milk (if you can get fresh milk it tastes much better)300 ml
- Remove the stem leaves from the bredo sauce.
- Wash well under running water and bring water to a boil.
- You can't keep moving. After boiling, drain.
- In a pan put the bredo, and all the seasonings, except the coconut milk.
- Let it cook with the pan covered, which will add water and sauté with the seasonings.
- After well braised, add the coconut milk and let it cook.
