- cherry tomato2 cup
- fresh thyme1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil50 ml
- Brie cheese200 g
- Basil1 to taste
- Place the tomatoes in a mold with herbs of your choice. Salt and olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Open the oven and in the middle of the tomatoes, add the cheese and return until it melts. Finish with basil leaves and serve with canapés or on top of pasta.
