- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Plant milk (or milk, or water)1/2 cup
- Rice (or wheat) flour1/3 cup
- Sweet sprinkle1/4 cup
- Chili Sauce*1/2 tablespoon
- Panko flour1 cup
- Cut the broccoli into florets. Preheat the oven to 200°. Mix the vegetable milk, rice flour, flour and pepper in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt. Place the panko flour in another container, season with a pinch of salt and mix well. Finally, season the broccoli florets with salt.
- Take each floret by the stem and dip the flowers in the mixture of milk and rice flour. Then, put it in the panko flour until it sticks well. Place in a greased shape with a little oil. Do the same until all the foils are breaded. Important not to put one broccoli on top of the other in the pan.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, taking halfway through to turn. You can serve it with your favorite sauce, or just with ketchup and mayonnaise!
- *I used tabasco pepper and it was very spicy! You can dose here using a weaker pepper, using a smaller amount or, if you don't like pepper, don't use it at all!
