Lave os brócolis e separe em pedaços pequenos. Reserve


Wash broccoli and separate into small pieces. Reserve


Refogue a carne com os temperos, o sal, cebola, tomate e acrescente o molho.

Após ferver coloque o brócolis por cima, e tampe, aproximadamente 3 a 4 min acrescente a mussarela e o parmesão tampe para derreter e sirva em seguida.

Sauté the meat with the seasonings, salt, onion, tomato and add the sauce.

After boiling put the broccoli on top, and cover, approximately 3 to 4 min add the mozzarella and parmesan cover to melt and serve then.
