- Ground chuck steak500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Red sauce200 g
- Salt, dehydrated spices and green smell to taste
- Mozzarella slices4 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Wash broccoli and separate into small pieces. Reserve
- Sauté the meat with the seasonings, salt, onion, tomato and add the sauce. After boiling put the broccoli on top, and cover, approximately 3 to 4 min add the mozzarella and parmesan cover to melt and serve then.
