- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 to taste
- Parsley, Chives and Kale to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water1 l
- Sodium Bicarbonate1 dessert spoon
- Start by cleaning and sanitizing the broccoli (reserve the leaves)
- Then put it to cook with salt and bicarbonate for 5 minutes, remove from the heat, drain and reserve the water.
- In a pan, put the oil and brown the garlic, then throw the rice, stir and pour the reserved water and let it cook.
- Meanwhile, chop the broccoli finely and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the broccoli frills that were reserved, along with the parsley, chives, cabbage and 200 ml of water.
- In a frying pan put olive oil, the chopped onion and let it brown, then put the chopped broccoli add salt to taste and sauté well
- Then pour the mixture that was beaten in the blender and let it cook for about 4/5 minutes.
- Place the rice on a platter, mix the broccoli and that's it.
