- In the pressure cooker, sauté the chopped onion in a thread of olive oil. When wilted, add the garlic and saute
- Add water, salt and washed rice. The amount of water is always one measure more than the measure of rice. For example: 2 cups of rice, 3 of water.
- Leave it on high heat and when you get pressure, lower the heat and let it cook for 6 minutes. It is important to wait for the pressure to release itself.
- Extra tips: If you make it to store, cook for 6 minutes. What is on top put in the bowls and what is on the bottom consume first. If you make just enough to eat at once, let it cook for 8 minutes.
