- Tomato3 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Parmesan20 g
- Salt to taste
- Cut the bread into slices, rub the raw garlic on the bread, pass the oil and take it to a pre-heated oven at 180c for 10 minutes.
- Cut the tomato into cubes, seedless.
- Sauté the garlic in the oil and give the tomato a “scare”. Lastly, mix in the basil. Adjust the salt.
- Put the tomato on the toast, the Parmesan and take it to brown for 5 minutes.
