- Butter beans300 g
- Cassava Flour300 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Butter (I used ground butter)150 ml
- Salt to taste
- Boiled egg2 unit(s)
- Cook the beans (which were soaked for at least 8 hours) for 20 minutes under pressure. Once cooked, drain and let it cool.
- In a hot frying pan, put the butter and brown the onion (I left it very golden, but that's up to everyone's taste).
- Add the flour and brown until it forms a farofa, season with salt.
- Add the beans, stir well until incorporated. Season with more salt.
- Cut the boiled eggs into medium pieces and add the farofa. Embed everything, adjust the salt and turn it off. Is ready!
