- Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
- Bacon150 g
- Meat100 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Cassava Flour1 cup
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Cut the bacon into cubes and chop the onion. Take a pan to medium heat and fry the bacon, let it fry in its own fat. When browned, remove the bacon.
- Add the onion, and when it starts to brown add the minced meat. If necessary, add a drizzle of olive oil.
- After braising the meat well, add the cassava flour, butter beans, bacon and seasonings of your choice. Mix over medium heat and the farofa is ready 🥰
- Obs.: you can use garlic in the recipe too, I don't use it because I can't eat garlic 🤭
