  • Butter beans150 g
  • Cooked yam2 unit(s)
  • Turmeric Powder1 coffee spoon
  • Olive Oil1/4 cup
  • Whole sea salt to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Black Pepper to taste
  1. Wash, drain and soak the beans in water for 12 hours
  2. Drain and cook the beans in water for about 1 hour, or until al dente.
  3. Drain, cool. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Blend the yams with the olive oil, saffron, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a blender.
  5. Add water little by little until you get a very smooth and creamy mayonnaise consistency.
  6. Mix mayonnaise and beans. Adjust the weather.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and olive oil. Is ready!
