- Cut the mandioquinha into cubes and add enough water to cover the mandioquinhas. Let it cook for about 15 minutes.
- After draining the water from the cassava, remove the peel and reserve
- Add the butter to a pan, turn on the medium heat and when it starts to melt, add the mandioquinhas. Season with salt and oregano to taste. After the butter melts completely, turn off the heat and it's ready, just enjoy
