- Cassava Flour150 g
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a frying pan, I fried the onions in olive oil until golden brown, added the butter, garlic and cabbage stalks.
- I added the olives, salt and pepper and the flour, mixed well over low heat until very crispy, finished with cilantro.
