Chopped Cabbage

Comecei lavando as folhas de couve e cortando elas bem fininha . E reservei 

I started by washing the cabbage leaves and cutting them very thin. And I booked

Agora em uma panela coloquei o bacon picado e deixei fritar na sua própria gordura. 

Now in a pan put the chopped bacon and let it fry in its own fat.

Depois coloquei o alho picado . Deixei fritar mais um pouco e adicionei a couve picada. E o sal 

Then I added the minced garlic. I let it fry a little longer and added the chopped cabbage. and the salt

Deixei a couve refogar um pouco e desliguei para que ela se mantenha verdinha.  Depois e só servir 

I let the kale sauté a little and turned it off so it stays green. Then and only serve
