- Half of a cabotiá pumpkin1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Brown sugar1 coffee spoon
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Salted granola of your choice to taste
- Homemade Bolognese Sauce4 tablespoon
- With the cabotiá clean and still with the skin on, start seasoning it.
- Add the paprika, salt, brown sugar and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, until caramelized and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and cover the cabotiá with the bolognese sauce. Finish off with a generous helping of salted granola.
