- Cachaça50 ml
- Chopped Melon6 unit(s)
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- Tahiti lime juice20 ml
- Ice8 unit(s)
- Mint sprig1 unit(s)
- In a cocktail shaker put the melon, sugar
- macerate or knead
- Add the lime juice, cachaça and ice
- Beat for approximately 20 seconds
- Put in a low glass
- Top up with ice if needed
- Garnish with a sprig of mint
