- Bacon300 g
- Olive oil1 can(s)
- Chopped large onions2 unit(s)
- Chopped medium peppers2 unit(s)
- Sachets of oregano2 unit(s)
- Peppermint Bag1 unit(s)
- Dehydrated Garlic200 g
- Worcestershire sauce1 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic heads2 unit(s)
- Cook the potatoes carefully so as not to overcook.
- Cut the bacon, fry in oil and, when it is almost fried, add the crushed garlic, a little salt, finely chopped onion, finely chopped bell pepper, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place the potatoes in a deep container, add ingredients, the rest of the oil and dehydrated garlic and stir carefully.
- If you want the potato to be spicier, just add more pepperoni. You can also add olives. Looks great!
