- Smoked Chop300 g
- Bacon300 g
- Slice of ham500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic head1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste10 g
- Green smell to taste01 unit(s)
- Wash well and drain, put the cangiquinha in the pressure cooker.
- Another pan fry the smoked ones and add the seasonings minus the greens
- After cooking, mix the smoked ones leaving some for on top, arrange in a large refractory with the green smell, serve with grated cheese if you prefer
