- Girl's Finger Pepper200 g
- Olive oil3/4 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Vinegar1 teaspoon
- Filtered water500 ml
- Wash and cut the peppers into 0.5 cm slices
- Boil filtered water, place the peppers on a plate and cover with boiling water.
- Leave it still and covered for 20 minutes, drain the peppers and let them get very dry, wait about 15 minutes
- Place the peppers in a glass, previously boiled.
- Add salt, vinegar and oil
- Cover and leave the peppers always covered with oil. For a more intense flavor leave it in the fridge for 72 hours before consuming!
