  • Girl's Finger Pepper200 g
  • Olive oil3/4 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar1 teaspoon
  • Filtered water500 ml
  1. Wash and cut the peppers into 0.5 cm slices
  2. Boil filtered water, place the peppers on a plate and cover with boiling water.
  3. Leave it still and covered for 20 minutes, drain the peppers and let them get very dry, wait about 15 minutes
  4. Place the peppers in a glass, previously boiled.
  5. Add salt, vinegar and oil
  6. Cover and leave the peppers always covered with oil. For a more intense flavor leave it in the fridge for 72 hours before consuming!
