Cozinhe a cenoura até ficar ao dente.
Arrume as fatias no fundo de uma panela. Junte a manteiga, o açúcar, sal, água e o suco de limão. Tampe a panela e cozinhe em fogo baixo, até que a água evapore e a cenoura esteja caramelizada.
Transfira para um prato e povilhe salsa antes de servir.

Cook the carrots until al dente.
Arrange the slices in the bottom of a pan. Add the butter, sugar, salt, water and lemon juice. Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the water evaporates and the carrots are caramelized.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
