Sweet Potato

Pra começar corte as batatas em pedaços médio e cozinhe a batata sem casca apenas com água,  deixe cozinhar até ficar ao dente.

To start, cut the potatoes into medium pieces and cook the peeled potato with just water, let it cook until al dente.

 Em seguida em outra panela coloque o açúcar ligue o fogo e deixe caramelizar.

 Then in another pan put the sugar on the fire and let it caramelize.

Depois do açúcar caramelizado acrecente a água e coloque as batatas já cozida.

After the caramelized sugar, add the water and place the already cooked potatoes.

Deixe cozinhar até a calda pegar uma consistência e de vez em quando vire as batatas.

Let it cook until the syrup takes on a consistency and occasionally turn the potatoes.

Quando a calda estiver quase seca está no ponto, é só desligar e servir a seguir.

When the syrup is almost dry, it is ready, just turn it off and serve next.
