- Oil1 to taste
- Take the carrot, peel it, cut it into slices and put it in the blender. Whisk together with the eggs and then add the sugar, lemon, sliced onion and a pinch of salt. Beat it for 5 minutes. Then reduce the speed of the blender and gradually add the oil until smooth. When it's thick enough, your sauce is ready.
