- 1-Cook the jerky in a pressure cooker, remove, wait to cool and shred. Reserve. 2-Remove the pepperoni skin and cut into cubes along with the bacon. 3-Cut the tomato into small cubes without the seeds as well as the onion. Reserve. 4-Sauté the bacon and pepperoni until golden, then add the onion, tomato, pepperoni and shredded meat. 5-After adding the rice, drown it well, add the water correcting the salt if necessary and lower the heat waiting to dry. 6-When ready, put the parsley on top.
