- Parborized rice3 cup
- Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)

- Chopped Cabbage Sauce2 unit(s)
- Medium English Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
- Chopped Bacon100 g
- Salt to taste
- Parsley and parsley to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Water for cooking4 cup
- Put the chopped onion and sausage in olive oil to sauté
- Then add the garlic and cabbage. Saute for a few more minutes
- Add the carrot to the potato and sauté. Then add the washed and drained rice and saute for 5 minutes.
- Slowly add water until the rice, carrots and potatoes are cooked. Once everything is cooked. Drizzle with oil. Serve with minced roasted garlic and parsley. You can cook some eggs like I did. But it's optional
