- Pepperoni1/2 unit(s)

- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chili1/4 unit(s)
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Rice2 cup
- Cut the meat, pepperoni and bacon into cubes.
- Place the meat in a pan heated with a drizzle of oil. When it's almost fried, add the pepperoni and bacon and let it fry for a few minutes.
- After the meat, pepperoni and bacon fry, remove half of the pan and set aside. Add the garlic, then the onion and bell pepper and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the rice and sauté for a few more minutes and add 4 cups of boiling water, leave the pan open.
- When the water dries up, add another cup of water, cover the pan, lower the heat for another 10 minutes. Finish with green smell, if you want.
