Lemon1 unit(s)
Cachaça or vodka50 ml
Ice to taste
Sugar2 tablespoon
Mint to taste

Place the cashew pulp, lemon juice, mint (optional) and sugar in the bottom of a glass. Knead with a pestle.
Fill the glass with ice and add the cachaça or vodka.
Enjoy!!!
